(NYSE:MWA) announced that its Board of Directors has declared an increase to the Company's quarterly dividend by approximately 4.9% to 6.40 cents ($0.064) per share from 6.10 cents ($0.061) per share, payable on or about November 20, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 9, 2023.
