Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 6, 2026, Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will report its first quarter 2026 financial results, on Thursday May 7, 2026, after the market closes. The Company will host an earnings call on Friday May 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
