On April 28, 2025, Mr. Christoph Schell informed Mobileye Global Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”), to be effective as of June 30, 2025 in connection with his resignation as executive vice president and chief commercial officer of Intel Corporation, the Company’s controlling shareholder. Mr. Schell’s decision to resign from the Board was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
