Other Events.

On July 15, 2021, MKS Instruments, Inc. (the “Company”) completed its acquisition of Photon Control Inc. (“Photon Control”). The Company previously announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which the Company would acquire Photon Control in an all-cash transaction.
