At September 30, 2025, the Company had $697 million in cash and cash equivalents, $3.0 billion of secured term loan principal outstanding, $1.4 billion of convertible senior notes outstanding and up to $675 million of additional borrowing capacity under a revolving credit facility, subject to certain leverage ratio requirements.
