(NASDAQ:MVST) ("Microvast" or the "Company"), a global leader in advanced battery technologies, announced today its unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025 ("Q3 2025").

"Microvast is on an impressive trajectory, achieving a record third quarter with revenue of $123.3 million, a 21.6% increase year-over-year. Our gross margin rose to 37.6%, reflecting continued improvements in efficiency and product mix. 2025 Outlook
