After more than six years of expansion across the Club's $1 billion portfolio, the move signals a shift toward a more selective, relationship-led model, deepening the Club's brand, service, and community for ultra-high-net-worth families. It also underscores a deliberate investment in luxury retail leadership, aligned with Exclusive Resorts' focus on personalization, discretion, and long-term relationships.

Xides brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across some of the world's most influential fashion and luxury brands, including Gap, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, and most recently Bergdorf Goodman, where she served as Chief Retail Officer for seven years. Known for her ability to thoughtfully preserve and evolve brands through periods of growth and transformation, Xides has built a career centered on trust, relationships, and enduring customer loyalty.

As the flagship brand of The Exclusive Collective, Exclusive Resorts will be led by Xides, who will oversee all aspects of the Club and its more than 4,000 ultra-high-net-worth Member families. Her focus will be on deepening relationships, strengthening culture, and applying the relationship-driven disciplines of luxury retail to the Member experience.

James Henderson will serve as CEO of The Exclusive Collective, providing leadership and direction across the platform's portfolio of brands, with Xides reporting to him in her role as President.

The Collective's formation includes the planned acquisition of Inspirato Incorporated (NASDAQ:ISPO), the Denver-based luxury travel subscription company. Upon closing, Inspirato will join Exclusive Resorts and onefinestay, an invitation-only portfolio of private rental homes, forming a luxury and lifestyle platform designed to serve high-net-worth travelers across all stages of life within a single, curated ecosystem.
