Other Events.

On December 17, 2021, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Court of Appeals, in the matter National Public Finance Guarantee Corporation and MBIA Insurance Corporation v. UBS Financial Services, Inc. et al., Case No. 53,2019CV07932, issued a judgment reversing the decision of the Commonwealth of Puerto Court of First Instance which had denied defendants’ motion to dismiss the case. The Company has posted a certified English translation of the order on its website, www.mbia.com, in the “Legal Proceedings” section.
