Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 8, 2024, Jared Sine, Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer of Match Group, Inc. (the “Company”), gave notice to the Company of his intention to terminate his employment with the Company effective as of March 11, 2024. Jeanette Teckman, Match Group's Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel — Litigation, IP and Compliance, has been appointed to serve as Chief Legal Officer of the Company on an interim basis effective as of Mr. Sine's departure.
