Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 12, 2024, the Reporting Person purchased on the open market through the Robinhood platform a total of 110 shares of Class A ordinary shares of StoneBridge Acquisition Corporation (the "Company"). The total purchase price paid for the shares was $900.00. In addition, the Reporting Person indirectly owns 5,000,000 shares of Class B ordinary shares of the Company through StoneBridge Acquisition Sponsor LLC.
