Other Events

On October 27, 2022, Magyar Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2022, payable on November 23, 2022.

A copy of the news release, dated October 27, 2022, announcing the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
