2. The price reported in Column 4 is an average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $44.73 to $44.745. The reporting person undertakes to provide Dorian LPG Ltd., any security holder of Dorian LPG Ltd., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each price within the range set forth herein.

3. Shares held by the Kyveli Trust (the "Trust"). The Reporting Person and other members of his family are the beneficiaries of the Trust. The Reporting Person disclaims all beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
