Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 3, 2026, Patrick Berard, a member of the Board of Directors of LKQ Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to decline to be nominated for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Berard will continue to serve as a Director of the Company until the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is expected to be held in May 2026.
