As a result of the conversion of LiveOne, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Series A Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock into shares of the Company’s common stock, as previously reported, as of April 17, 2024, the Company has 98,592,898 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
