Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 24, 2026, Hadar Levy, current Class I director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lifeward Ltd. (the “Company”) notified the Board of his decision to step down from the Board, effective as of February 24, 2026. The departure of Mr. Levy did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company extends its deepest gratitude to Mr. Levy for his distinguished service to the Board and lasting contributions to the Company.
