("Liberty" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:DETX, TSXV:SCAN), a leading technology provider of AI-based next generation detection solutions for concealed weapons and threats, announced today that further to its press release of May 27, 2026, the Company has issued 23,306 common shares (the "Shares") at a deemed issue price of $4.55 per Share in settlement of an aggregate of CAD$117,000 of indebtedness, which is now extinguished, with a service provider in connection with accounts payable related to the Company’s U.S. IPO and Nasdaq listing.

The Shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
