On January 19, 2022, Level One Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 7.50% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B of $46.88 per share (equivalent to $0.4688 per depositary share) payable on February 15, 2022, to shareholders of record on January 31, 2022. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
