On June 15, 2021, Level One Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.06 per share payable on July 15, 2021, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2021. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
