Explanation of Responses:

1. The Investor is the direct beneficial owner of the Common Stock. The Investor is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Green Thumb Industries Inc. ("Green Thumb"). Green Thumb is the sole shareholder of GTI23, Inc., which is the sole member of VCP23, LLC, which is the sole shareholder of For Success Holding Company. For Success Holding Company is the sole member of Wellness Mgmt, LLC, which is the sole member of Investor.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $25.50 to $26.00, inclusive. The reporting person hereby undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (2) and (3) to this Form 4.
