2. Shares reported as disposed of in column 4 include 1,500,000 shares returned to the reporting person pursuant to the terms of the Miller Marital Trust and directly held by the reporting person prior to the transaction.

3. Shares reported as acquired in column 4 include 1,500,000 shares returned to the reporting person pursuant to the terms of the Miller Marital Trust and directly held by the reporting person prior to the transaction.

4. Shares reported in column 5 represent shares held by the Miller 2025 Marital Trust. The reporting person is the trustee of the Miller 2025 Marital Trust. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of the reporting person's pecuniary interest therein.
