Explanation of Responses:

1. Quarterly distribution pursuant to the irrevocable trust for which Mr. Golisano was named trustee on 7/22/08.

2. Due to an administrative adjustment, the Form 4 filed on January 23, 2026, overstated the reporting person's January 21, 2026 gift by 9,390 shares, which was also reflected in the reporting person's direct holdings in Form 4s filed on January 26, 2026 and February 2, 2026. The shares directly beneficially owned by the reporting person have been corrected in this report.
