1. These shares were held by the Lillian Goldman Marital Trust, of which Jane H. Goldman, and Louisa Little are co-trustees. On December 3, 2024, the Lillian Goldman Marital Trust distributed these shares to beneficiaries.

2. These shares are held by the Estate of Lillian Goldman, of which Jane H. Goldman, Amy Goldman Fowler and Diane Goldman Kemper are co-executors. On December 3, 2024, the Estate of Lillian Goldman distributed these shares to beneficiaries.

3. Received from the Lillian Goldman Marital Trust.

4. Received from the Estate of Lillian Goldman.

5. Jane H. Goldman disclaims beneficial ownership of the Shares reported herein, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest, if any, therein.
