Item 5.02.			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 30, 2024, Joel V. Staff notified Kinder Morgan, Inc. (“KMI”) that he will retire from KMI’s Board of Directors effective August 1, 2024. Mr. Staff’s decision to retire was not due to any disagreement with KMI.
