On November 14, 2024, Kidpik Corp. (“Kidpik” or the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter and 39 weeks ended September 28, 2024. A copy of the press release, which includes a summary of such financial results is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
