(b) Chief Financial Officer Departure.

On April 29, 2026, Robert R. Dillard, KB Home’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, resigned from his position, effective May 8, 2026. Mr. Dillard’s decision was not related to any disagreement with KB Home or its financial or accounting policies or practices.
