Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 13, 2021, Robert Glanville informed the board of directors (the “Board”) of Kairos Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), of his intention to resign as chairman of the Board (“Chairman”) effective September 13, 2021. Mr. Glanville’s resignation was for personal reasons and not a result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. Mr. Glanville will remain on the Board as an independent director.

In connection with Mr. Glanville’s resignation, Peter Bang, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of the Board, is appointed as the new Chairman, effective September 13, 2021.
