(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On October 4, 2022, Roger Fradin stepped down from his position as Chairman of the board of directors of Juniper II Corp. (the “Company”). As Manager of the Company’s sponsor, Juniper II Management, LLC, Mr. Fradin will remain very active in assisting the Company with the identification, evaluation, negotiation and consummation of an initial business combination. No material change is anticipated in regard to Mr. Fradin’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the Company’s success.
