On February 3, 2026, Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that its board of directors had declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on or about February 20, 2026 to stockholders of record as of February 13, 2026.
