On November 7, 2025, Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that its board of directors had declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on or about November 26, 2025 to stockholders of record as of November 19, 2025.
