Explanation of Responses:

1. In accordance with the second amended and restated certificate of incorporation of Landcadia Holdings IV, Inc. ("LCA"), as amended, Jefferies US Holdings LLC ("JUSH") elected to convert 6,250,000 shares of Class B common stock of LCA, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Class B Common Stock"), held by it into shares of Class A common stock of LCA, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Class A Common Stock") on a one-for-one basis for no consideration.

2. JUSH is the record holder of the shares reported herein. Jefferies US Holdings LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jefferies Group LLC, which itself is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jefferies Financial Group Inc. Jefferies Financial Group Inc. is a widely-held public company.

3. The shares of Class B common stock are convertible for shares of LCA's Class A common stock as described under the heading "Description of Securities" in LCA's Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-253100) (the "Registration Statement") and have no expiration date.
