Janus Living, Inc. (NYSE:JAN) ("Janus Living"), a pure-play senior housing real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today the launch of its public offering of 25,000,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-11 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Janus Living expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock.

Janus Living expects to use the net proceeds received from the proposed offering to pursue acquisition and investment opportunities that meet its investment criteria and for general corporate purposes.
