Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 28, 2022, Ms. Martha Brooks notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Jabil Inc. (“the Company”), that she has decided not to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2023 annual meeting of stockholders and, therefore, her term as a director will end immediately prior to the meeting. Immediately upon the end of her term, the size of the Board will be reduced from nine to eight directors.
