Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 11, 2021, J2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the Oppenheimer 24th Annual Technology, Internet & Communications Conference. No Webcast is available.

As part of the Company’s participation in the conference, the Company is reaffirming its previously issued updated financial estimates for fiscal 2021.
