Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 17, 2021, J2 Global, Inc. announced that in connection with the completion of the previously announced planned spin-off of Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc., J2 Global plans to change its name to Ziff Davis, Inc. and expects to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “ZD.” A copy of the press release announcing the proposed name change is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
