As reported on Form 8-K, dated July 18, 2023, the Board of Directors (the Board) of Itron, Inc. appointed Sanjay Mirchandani as a new director of the Board.

Mr. Mirchandani has been appointed to serve on the Board’s Audit/Finance Committee.
