Director Not Standing for Re-Election

On January 6, 2022, Loren McFarland informed Inogen, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. McFarland has reviewed this current report on Form 8-K and confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Company related to its operations, policies, or practices. The Company thanks Mr. McFarland for his leadership and service.
