Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of

Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) Imperial Oil Limited announced today that B.A. (Bruce) Jolly, currently Treasurer, has declared his intention to retire on July 1, 2024, after 33 years of service. Bruce will be succeeded by J. (Jim) Burgess, currently Global Process Manager – Financial Close, Consolidation and External Reporting, Global Business Solutions.
