(b) On October 1, 2021, Chad A. Stelzig notified the Board of Directors of Autoscope Technologies Corporation (the "Company") that he was resigning as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Image Sensing Systems, Inc. (“ISNS”). ISNS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
