("ISNS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Autoscope Technologies Corporation (OTCQX:AATC), today announced the execution of an Eighth Modification to its Manufacturing, Distribution, and Technology License Agreement with Econolite Control Products, Inc.

The amendment adds the Autoscope® OptiVu product to the licensed portfolio under the existing revenue-sharing structure.

Both companies also reaffirmed their commitment to explore new technical initiatives, reinforcing a shared focus on advancing innovation in traffic management solutions.
