On January 14, 2025, in advance of a public webcast presentation at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, California, Illumina, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding the Company's unaudited preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2024. The webcast is accessible through the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website and will remain available for at least 30 days following. Pursuant to General Instruction F to Form 8-K, a copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by this reference.
