Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 7, 2022, the board of director of iFresh, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Mr. Wenbin Mu to be a co-CEO of the Company. The current CEO Ms. Ping Zhou will continue to be a co-CEO of the Company. Mr. Mu continues to be a director of the Company.
