Item 5.07 – Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 8, 2025, IDEX Corporation (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders and voted on the following matters:

1.The election of three Class III directors to serve a three-year term. Eric D. Ashleman, Stephanie J. Disher and Matthijs Glastra were elected to serve as Class III directors for a three-year term expiring at the Company’s annual meeting to be held in 2028, or upon the election and qualification of their successors.
