Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 10, 2023, the Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Identiv, Inc. (the “Company”) reviewed the compensation of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Justin Scarpulla, and approved, effective as of April 1, 2023, an increase in Mr. Scarpulla’s annual base salary from $285,000 to $325,000. In addition, Mr. Scarpulla will be eligible to earn annual variable compensation of up to $125,000, based on the level of achievement of performance metrics to be established by the Compensation Committee.
