Item 8.01. Other Events.

On March 3, 2025, iCoreConnect, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into warrant cancellation agreements with the holders of warrant to purchase an aggregate of 142,690 shares of common stock. The canceled warrants included anti-dilution provisions that could have led to an increase in the number of warrants and a reduction in the exercise price if new shares were issued by the Company at a lower price.
