Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 30, 2024, Harry Travis, a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of iCoreConnect Inc. (the “Company”) resigned from his position as member of the Board and all committees of the Board, effective June 30, 2024. Mr. Travis’ resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
