Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 6, 2024, Vaishali S. Bhatia, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of HF Sinclair Corporation (the “Corporation”), notified the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the “Board”) that she is resigning from her role effective March 15, 2024 to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Bhatia’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Corporation or its Board.
