Explanation of Responses:

1. The sales reported on this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on July 17, 2023.

2. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $13.00 to $13.18. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate sale price.

3. The shares are held of record by RAHD Capital LLC for which the Reporting Person serves as a managing member.

4. The shares are held of record by the Richard A. Heyman and Anne E. Daigle Trust, dated November 1, 2016 for which the Reporting Person serves as trustee.
