Hess Midstream LP (NYSE:HESM) ("Hess Midstream"), today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.7641 per Class A share for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, an increase of $0.0093 per Class A share as compared with the third quarter of 2025.

"This distribution increase highlights our differentiated cash flow stability and continued execution of return of capital to our shareholders," said Jonathan Stein, Chief Executive Officer of Hess Midstream. "We expect Adjusted Free Cash Flow growth through 2028 to support our targeted annual distribution per Class A share growth of at least 5% through 2028 and provide financial flexibility for incremental shareholder returns and debt repayment."

The quarterly distribution will be payable on February 13, 2026, to Class A shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 5, 2026.
