(NASDAQ:HEES) ("H&E", the "Company", d/b/a "H&E Rentals") today announced at its recent quarterly meeting, the Company's Board of Directors elected not to declare a regular quarterly cash dividend scheduled for payment to stockholders in June 2025. The decision follows continued progress with H&E's pending merger transaction with Herc Holdings, Inc., which is expected to close in early-June 2025.
