Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 1, 2024, Haemonetics Corporation (the “Company”) completed its acquisition of Advanced Cooling Therapy, Inc., d/b/a Attune Medical, consistent with the terms previously disclosed in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K dated March 5, 2024.

The Company also issued a press release on April 1, 2024 announcing the completion of the transaction, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The press release shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liability of such section, nor shall such information be deemed to be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, regardless of the general incorporation language of such filing, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
